Termed “the fatal four,” the leading dangers on job sites are electrocutions, falls, being struck by an object, and being caught between or in machinery.

These job sites are often performed in unsafe environments because of the tools, dangerous equipment, large machinery, and the long, exhausting hours they are expected to work. The biggest advantage of a personal injury suit is that it enables victims to collect damages for pain and suffering, a benefit that doesn’t come with worker’s compensation. By filing a personal injury claim, injured workers can pursue compensation for all of their losses, including things like lost income, decreased earning capacity, medical expenses, future medical costs, permanent disability, pain and suffering, decreased quality of life, and many more.
