Salt Lake City, UT (November 09, 2020) – A pick-up truck crashed through a COVID-19 testing site leaving nine people injured on Thursday, November 5th in Salt Lake City.

According to police reports, the pick-up truck crashed into the tent that was being used as a testing site by the University of Utah campus at about 9:45 a.m.

Local law enforcement has said that they do not expect foul play.

Officials confirmed that nine people sustained injuries during the collision, four of whom were transported via ambulances to local hospitals. The five other victims were treated at the scene.
