Salt Lake City, UT (April 3, 2022) – An auto accident with injuries reported in the Salt Lake City area ended in injuries. At around 12:20 a.m., on April 3, the police, firefighters, and EMS were all requested on-site at an accident on Bangerter Highway.
Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked the northbound side of the highway in the area of Utah State Route 201.
The incident prompted crews to close off the area for more than one hour as they worked to clear the scene.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
