Provo Canyon, UT (November 23, 2021) – Emergency medics and local law enforcement officers both responded to reports of a car accident involving a box truck in Provo Canyon on Tuesday, November 23rd.

The crash took place at about 4:25 p.m. in the westbound lane of US-189 in the area of Vivian Park.

The righthand lane of traffic was shut down as paramedics transported at least one injured victim for immediate evaluation and medical treatment. They assessed everyone else involved in the collision and rendered any vital medical care.
