Motorcycle Accident Deaths in Utah

Motorcycle accident injuries are often catastrophic in nature. At Jardine Law Offices, our Utah motorcycle accident lawyers assist victims of these kinds of crashes every single day.

Regrettably, motorcyclists in Utah are not required to carry no-fault auto insurance. For victims to effectively pursue compensation for damages like hospital costs, lost earnings, disability, pain, and suffering, they will have to bring a personal injury suit against the insurance carrier of the at-fault driver.

Our Utah motorcycle accident lawyers will protect your rights and guard your best interests during negotiations with the insurance carrier and ensure that you receive the full amount of compensation you are due for damages including:

  • Injuries to your back, head, or neck
  • Broken bones
  • Damage to your spinal cord
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Road rash, disfigurement, and scarring
  • Amputations
  • Wrongful deaths

Let our lawyers deal with the complications of the legal process while you concentrate on getting better. If you lost a family member in a motorcycle accident, contact our motorcycle injury lawyers in Utah at 801-350-3506 to schedule a free case evaluation.
