The deceased victims have since been identified as Dallas Bench, 18, a resident of Midvale, and 27-year-old Felisha Sherie Hart, a resident of Millcreek.

This accident is under investigation by local law enforcement.
We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victims, Dallas Bench and Felisha Hart, at this time. Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families in hopes of a full recovery.
