Highland, UT (February 06, 2021) – An injury accident involving at least two vehicles took place in Highland on Friday, February 5th.

Local law enforcement officers and emergency medical services were both called to the scene of the accident.
Paramedics medically evaluated everyone involved. Even though reports claiming that at least one victim had sustained injuries were confirmed, no specific information concerning their condition has been made known.
Our thoughts are with the injured victims at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
In Utah, every driver is required to have $3,000 in Personal Injury Protection insurance as a minimum. This is designed to cover medical treatment for any injuries, up to $250 a week in lost income, and up to $20 a day in family assistance, no matter who was liable.
Sadly, for the majority of Utah car accident victims, this is not enough to cover the entirety of their hospital bills and lost income, and provides Utah crash victims no financial compensation for pain and suffering. A skilled personal injury attorney will know how to handle your expenses associated with hospital stays and necessary medical treatments while your case is ongoing.
When victims are injured in accidents caused by the negligence of other drivers, it is crucial that they seek legal guidance from a skilled and knowledgeable car accident attorney in Salt Lake City as soon as possible.
When victims are harmed in collisions, through no fault of their own, they are often able to obtain compensation from wrongdoers to alleviate the financial costs they face for medical treatment, lost wages, property repairs, and a variety of other economic and non-economic damages.
