Utah Motorcycle Accidents

When a person is injured in a motorcycle crash, the financial and physical damage can be overwhelming and the road to recovery can be a lengthy one. If you were injured in a motorcycle accident that you feel was caused by another person’s negligent behavior, you need to speak with a personal injury lawyer in Utah who has decades of experience in representing motorcycle collision victims.

A practiced Utah motorcycle injury attorney in Utah will have a thorough understanding of the legal procedure and be able to handle your claim from beginning to end. This will give you your best chance to obtain the financial compensation that you deserve for the damages you have sustained.

Accidents involving motorcycles are typically regarded as the most serious kinds of accidents because motorcycles are frequently operated at high speeds and do not provide riders or their passengers with any protection. In fact, research has indicated that 98% of all motorcycle crashes result in injuries.

Sadly, it is not uncommon for any accident to end in critical injury or death. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that a motorcyclist is eight times more likely to sustain an injury and 37 times more prone to being killed in a collision than the occupant of a vehicle when the two collide.

Motorcyclists are vulnerable to fatalities and injuries in a way that the operators of other vehicles are not. A distracted driver could suddenly veer into their lane, causing them to lose control of their motorcycle, resulting in an accident without any actual contact between the vehicles. If a vehicle abruptly stops in front of them, riders can be thrown from their bikes and very seriously injured.

Our firm handles all matters associated with motorcycle accident claims, regardless of if you were driving the motorcycle, were someone’s passenger, or a pedestrian. Our trusted Utah motorcycle crash attorneys will advocate with all parties on your behalf, including insurance companies. We will work non-stop to recover full financial compensation for your damages.
